I made beginner mistakes with my first cheese wheels by using basic presses that created inconsistent, uneven pressure and made it difficult to get repeatable results.
I wasted money and milk.
The TickBriar Precision Cheese Press was created from a simple goal: making consistent, high-quality cheese at home with greater control and consistency.
After years of home cheesemaking and refining the design through real-world use, this press was built to combine precision, durability, and ease of use into one system.
The mounted pressure gauge and built-in level help create more consistent results.
The design allows for the use of 3-5 gallon molds and everything from softer cheeses to larger hard cheese wheels.
Key Features:
BLACK SILICONE DRAIN MAT INCLUDED.
• Mounted calibrated pressure gauge
• Built-in bubble level for balanced pressing
• Heavy-duty spring system capable of 80+ lbs of pressure
• Smooth thrust-bearing washers for easier adjustment

I spent a long time looking at cheese presses and not very many came with pressure gauges so I was super happy to find this. I purchased it and a day or two later the seller sent me a message that the press had gone on sale and they had refunded me the difference so I wouldn’t miss out. That was super awesome. I received my press today and already made my first cheese. Just a simple block of paneer but the press made it a breeze. I can’t wait to make some cheddar!
