Shipping Policy

At Tickbriar, we carefully package every order to ensure your cheesemaking equipment arrives safely and ready to use.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. During periods of high demand, processing may take an additional business day.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.

United States Shipping

Shipping cost for most items is calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer. 

Free standard shipping is included on select items. 

We primarily ship using USPS Ground Advantage; however, depending on the size and weight of your order, we may use the most affordable shipping option available. 

Canada Shipping

We proudly ship to Canada.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by Canadian customs.

Some items may occasionally offer flat rate shipping.  

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress. This excludes items shipped by USPS First Class Mail such as Butter Muslin.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Tickbriar is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages if necessary. If this occurs, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
