I looked all over to find this brining container because it’s one that I saw being used on one of my favorite YT channels. In fact, curd nerds may recognize this container from an episode or two.
I have not been able to find a production source as apparently the design has changed.
I have tracked down a number of them. I am listing and selling them at small margins, just because they are my favorite for brining. The slotted follower is perfect. No need to salt the top everytime you flip the cheese.
